This is a beautiful metal MARX tin dollhouse from the 50's. Litho print is great condition, some minor markings on the roof. Storage wear. See photos of rooms and patio. No rust anywhere. This is from a collectors set, not an everyday play toy. We will ship with the unit together in a large box with protective bubble wrap.
